Processing
All items purchased from LegacyConsolesCo.com are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Most non-bulk orders will process and ship the next day. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for large orders during the holiday season (11/20–12/20).
Shipping
For simplicity and reliability all items are shipped via USPS. Each package has an abundant amount of packing material to ensure each Legacy item reaches its home safely. Legacy Consoles only ships within the U.S. and wont ship internationally. All items ship from Phoenix, Arizona. If you would like to pick up your item locally and avoid shipping please contact us the same day your item is ordered at LegacyConsolesllc@gmail.com.
Game only orders are shipped via USPS Priority
Bulk orders and Console orders are shipped via USPS Ground.
*Legacy Consoles is not responsible for carrier delays or carrier failing to meet their set delivery date.
*Please ensure correct address and address forwarding. Legacy consoles will charge an additional shipping fee for any item returned due to insufficient address.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not pleased with your item, please contact us with the reason for the return (e.g., item defective, damaged in transport, does not work as promised, etc.). After the 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee period, Legacy Consoles will not accept returns due to a change of mind. Items that are no longer needed or wanted can be traded in for store credit toward another purchase. Refunds for returned items will be issued minus the original shipping charges.
Items that are defective or stop working are covered by our 1-year warranty. Items returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced and shipped back within 5 business days after we receive the item.
1-Year Warranty Policy
All products sold on LegacyConsolesCo.com are covered by a free 1-year warranty. This warranty begins on the original purchase date and ends on the same date one year later.
Warranty Coverage
Eligible items may be:
1. Repaired, or
2. Exchanged for a replacement item if the original isn't repairable
Exclusions
Legacy Consoles does not cover:
1. Misuse or abuse
2. Customer-induced damage
3. Liquid damage
4. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
Any item determined to be damaged due to misuse, liquid exposure, or other user-inflicted damage will have its warranty voided.
If a Warranty Claim Is Denied
Customers whose items are declined for warranty service due to user-inflicted damage may choose one of the following options:
1. Pay for a repair of the item
2. Trade in the item for store credit (value determined upon inspection)
3. Have the item returned, after paying the cost of return shipping
