Refund policy

All consoles are covered by our 1-Year Defective Warranty. If a console is found to be defective, it may be returned within one year of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit. Shipping charges will apply.

If the console becomes defective within 30 days of the purchase date, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge. The purchaser will be responsible for the shipping costs of the repaired or replacement console.

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the order date for a change-of-mind refund. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
