All disc-based games are professionally cleaned and polished using our ELM machines to minimize and remove scratches, improve disc condition and ensure reliable gameplay. After reconditioning, each game is play-tested to ensure proper readability and functionality. While not all games will be cosmetically perfect, we guarantee that all games are fully playable and as close to new condition as possible.

Mail In Your Games For Repair

If your old games won't play anymore or you're a collector that wants pristine discs we can help! We can repair all CD and DVD media, we cannot repair Blu-ray discs. Blu-ray discs have a rubberized top layer that makes them harder to scratch but also to repair. We only offer a cleaning service on Blu-ray discs. We can repair Gamecube games and other mini discs. If a game does not work please let us know in the comments of your inquiry and we will test after repair. Within 72 hours of your inquiry you'll receive an invoice to pay for a shipping label. Upon receipt, the shipping label will be emailed to you within 12 hours. Please properly pack your discs to prevent further damage in shipping. Loose discs will be mailed back in a protective cotton sleeve. If you'd like to purchase shipping insurance for your repair please let us know.
